We have lots of parking available at Sprog HQ, including accessible spaces, situated both at the front and back of our building.
Sprog HQ is step-free and situated on one level. For wheelchair access, please use our back door entrance.
We also have an accessible toilet facility, clearly sign-posted next to our main female/male toilet.
If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please contact us ahead of your visit at team@sprog.life .
Sprog operates a cashless payment policy.
During your visit, payment can be made using debit cards, credit cards, contactless cards, and approved digital wallets. Cash payments are not accepted.
Sprog HQ is fitted with air conditioning. Cool in more ways than one, our site is the perfect spot to escape from the sun to.

Know before you arrive…

Arrive On Time

If you’re visiting us for a booked session, please arrive at the time of your booking. Too early and we won’t be ready. Too late and you’ll miss part of your session; we’re unable to extend sessions for late arrivals.
We'll Get The Door

When you arrive and leave Sprog HQ, a member of our team will get the door for you to ensure our space is secure at all times.
Cleaning In Progress

Between each session, we thoroughly clean and reset our space. If our cleaning sign is up on our front door, please bear with us and we’ll be with you ASAP.
Please Wear Socks

We kindly ask that grown-ups and sprogs wear socks at all times when using the play equipment. No shoes please.
Sprogs Only

Our play equipment is designed for sprogs. For your safety, we kindly ask that no grown-ups use our slide.
0-5 Years

Sprog Play is designed for children aged 0-5 years. Please ensure your sprogs fall within our age limit before booking. If you’d like to visit with children over 5, we ask that they do not use the play equipment.

If you haven’t booked a Sprog Play session and just fancy grabbing a Garage Bakehouse pastry to-go, or taking a look around Sprog Store, you’re more than welcome!

Simply ring our doorbell and a member of the team will let you in.
